| Trip to Pensacola, FL - June 19-23, 2004 At 7:30 AM I left my house for a 565 mile ride to Pensacola aboard my motorcycle Candy. I arrived 10 hours later and thoroughly enjoyed the white sandy beaches and the riding. Sunday morning - visited the Naval Aviation Museum Sunday afternoon - kicked back and enjoyed the beach and pool. Monday morning -arose early to ride to Ft. Pickens, rode along the National Seashore, stopped at Opal Beach to walk and wade, crossed the Navarre Bridge and rode to Milton to visit old high school and find our old house. Had lunch in Pace. Monday afternoon - rode Scenic Drive (Highway 90) Tuesday morning - visited Harley Davidson dealer Tuesday afternoon - visited Naval Live Oak Plantation Wednesday - left at 6:30 AM to ride home to Houston |
